The Instrument Planner
The instrument planner guides you through 12 questions regarding the target group and the behaviour you want to influence and its influencing factors. After answering the questions the relative importance of the factors influencing the behaviour of the target group is calculated.

And this information is processed and leads to an advice about which instruments are most apropiate influencing this behaviour of this target group.
